Eric has been extremely helpful & knowledgeable for my home purchase. I had a problem with my water heater & he referred me to a very seasoned, knowledgeable plumber who resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. I will definitely keep his number handy for any issues in the future.

Eric is a great realtor and is passionate about what he does. He will not be satisfied until you (& family) are happy with your purchase. As a first time buyer Eric made that he explained everything and made professional recommendations. He was available after 10pm to talk/text with my questions and rants. Eric Watson carried this real estate sale to the end zone. We had a couple of snags along the way concerning the buyers FHA loan. The marketing of my house was done professionally and Eric also assisted with the cleanup of the interior and minor repairs to get it up to snuff with the requirements of the loan.
